The Second + Back Row 'In Season' Premium Strength and Power Plan is an eight week training program to give you the content, structure and progressions used by the pros- based on the principles I use and my experience delivering daily as Head of Strength and Conditioning at a Prem Rugby Club.

Primers, lower body, upper body, power, mobility...all included!

As I am sure you know, playing in the Pack is something which requires a vast combination of strength, size, power and robustness. 

It's true that rugby practice and games provide a training stimulus for some aspects of the physical and skill based demands of the position- but there is nothing like a relevant strength training plan to really maximize your time spent in the gym and create transfer for the field and your effectiveness whilst you're on it! 

If you are looking to take your training more seriously, adding more strength and power to your game, then this is the plan for you! 

This progressive eight week training plan comes in a simple and effective structure with exercise videos and will help you set habits which will stay with you forever. If you're after that extra piece of individuality - choose the 'Premium Plan' i'll happily make any sensible individualisation, add you to a Whatsapp Group for support. This isn't 1:1 coaching, but it will certainly help you get the very best out of the programme.
